Why Do We Need The Environmental Equipment?
In order to effectively control the environmental pollution of a large amount of high-temperature smoke and dust in the equipment studio of the melting and casting workshop, so there comes professional environmental equipment.
There are many types of industrial dust collectors, but cyclone plus spray dust collectors and pulse bag dust collectors are the most widely used dust removal units in the metal processing industry.
The reason has been founded now, but do you know how these two machines work?
The cyclone plus spray dust collector combines cyclone dust removal and spray dust removal, and an internal water circulation system is set. After the cyclone dust removal, the particle dust is collected, the dust in the flue gas is removed by circulating water spray, and the noise is reduced by adding a muffler, so as to realize the dust removal and purification of the industrial smoke in the production workshop or process site.
As for the pulse bag dust collector, its working principle can be summarized in one sentence, which is a filtering process and a cleaning process.
Filtration Process
Its filtration process mainly uses filter material (fabric or felt) to filter the dusty gas to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The filtration process is divided into two stages. Each filter bag in the filter chamber of the dust collector is equipped with a cylindrical support bag cage (also called a bag holder), and the gas-containing dust will flow from the outside to the inside of the filter bag. During the flow, the dust is filtered and captured by the outer side of the filter bag. The capture mechanism is inertial action, screening action, shielding action, electrostatic sedimentation or gravity sedimentation, etc., and the clean gas will be discharged from the upper part through the inner side. There is a compressed air pipe in the clean room, and the dust is shaken off by the pulsed airflow ejected from the compressed air pipe.
Cleaning Process
Its cleaning process is completed by the opening and closing of the pulse valve controlled by the pulse controller (or PLC). A high-speed and high-pressure ejection airflow is ejected from the mouth, forming an induced airflow equivalent to several times the volume of the ejection airflow, and will enter the filter bag together, so that there will be an instant positive pressure in the filter bag. When it expands rapidly, the dust deposited on the outside of the filter bag will be blown off and fall into the ash hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of effective dust removal.
Now you know the working principle of these two machines, would you like to choose one for your factory?
